sunshine and manicures

We have had some wonderful weather the last few days, and River, Lila, and I have been soaking it up. I love the way River smells at the end of a long day of playing - like sand, chocolate, and little boy sweat.

I painted my nails on Wednesday and River asked if I would do his too. Here he is, modeling the lovely shade of blue we have on our fingers at the moment.
